Barre Town 2 Bedroom- Heat Included! - Gorgeous 2nd floor apartment with 2 large bedrooms. This apartment is great! You walk into the kitchen which has plenty of cabinet space and counter space. You have a HUGE living room/dining room with a ton of natural light. The bathroom is a great space with a nice tub. Both bedrooms are large with great closet space. There is a coin/op washer/dryer in the building. There is also ample storage and a fantastic communal lawn space.

Heat, cold water, sewer, lawn, snow plowing (not shoveling) and trash included. Resident responsible for the electric- which includes the hot water.
Cats negotiable for an extra $25 a month per pet.
Absolutely no smoking.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required

The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
