You'll share a bathroom with him and have access to all parts of the home, including the extra room I renovated into a home gym, where you're welcome to use my tonal, yoga mat, and other exercise equipment. I have a backyard that we don't really use, but you're welcome to! It has a veranda, couch, and firepit. Not pictured is a small dining table we also have, and clean water dispenser. Also, I have a small cat.
