Up to one pet under 40 pounds is allowed on a case-by-case basis, but be aware there is no outside fenced-in area. If bringing a pet, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee due before move-in along with an additional $15.00 per month pet rent. A security deposit of $2,300.00 is required prior to the move-in date.
In addition to the $2,350.00 per month rent, there will be an additional fee of $50.00 per month for landscaping services and an additional fee of $90.00 per month that will cover water, trash, and sewage. Electricity, gas, and internet will be obtained by the tenant. Please note: All rental-related payments are required to be paid through our online platform each month. No convicted felons, no registered sex offenders, and no unemployed applicants please. For consideration, please complete the application which can be submitted through the Avail platform for a $55.00 non-refundable fee. Showings are available upon request for serious inquiries.
