Enter into the beautifully furnished townhome with sun filling the living room and kitchen. Relax and unwind in the living room with comfortable lounge seating and a Smart TV for entertainment. Enjoy your meals in the kitchen with breakfast bar seating, perfect for entertaining! The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including utensils, coffee maker, and microwave.
The second floor living space features the master bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms include a full-size bed and two twin beds with a shared guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other features of the rental include a washer/dryer, an attached two-car garage with two 240V electric vehicle charging outlets, additional street parking spaces, central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, travel crib, and a community playground. The townhome is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay including household supplies, linens, and towels.
The rental is a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and the nightlife of Encinitas.
