PET CHARGES:

Refundable Pet Deposit is $300.00 for the entire household; or a maximum of 25% of the monthly rent

Limit of two pets per apartment unit, more than two will be subject to management's approval.

RENTAL CRITERIA:

12 months lease only, and then month to month afterward with optional of term renewal

Application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant; each adult must submit one application.

Approved applicants are expected to pay the holding deposit online in the resident portal immediately in order to secure the rental unit; or the next approved applicant in line will get the opportunity to secure the unit.
