The bedroom was recently painted and has a new carpet. Privileges: Laundry, backyard, light cooking allowed until 10 pm. Small refrigerator for you in the kitchen and 1 pantry shelf. Very minimal inside/outside storage. Includes all utilities, water, garbage, internet, and cable. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes from 880, 5 Minutes from Dumbarton bridge (2.6 miles from Dumbarton Express bus parking lot), and 5 miles from Bart. Transbay bus stop is one block away. NO drugs of any kind, No excessive alcohol, NO pets, NO smoking inside - outside permitted, NO excessive noise. Overnight guests are allowed 2 nights/per week. 1st and last month's rent plus $500 deposit upon move-in. $65 rental application - credit and background check are required - will be credited to your 1st month's rent.
