Queen bed with new sheets, dresser, nightstand, table, lamps, and TV, Small desk and chair included. The bathroom is in excellent condition, recently painted and tiled. The bedroom was recently painted and has a new carpet. Privileges: Laundry, backyard, light cooking allowed until 10 pm. Small refrigerator for you in the kitchen and 1 pantry shelf. Very minimal inside/outside storage. Includes all utilities, water, garbage, internet, and cable. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes from 880, 5 Minutes from Dumbarton bridge (2.6 miles from Dumbarton Express bus parking lot), and 5 miles from Bart. Transbay bus stop is one block away. NO drugs of any kind, No excessive alcohol, NO pets, NO smoking inside - outside permitted, NO excessive noise. Overnight guests are allowed 2 nights/per week. 1st and last month's rent plus $500 deposit upon move-in. $65 rental application - credit and background check are required - will be credited to your 1st month's rent.
