All utilities stay on in the Owners name.
Resident is charged a flat fee of $100.00 for usage due monthly with rent.
Electric - APS.
Gas - Unisource.
Water, Sewer, Trash - City of Prescott.
Terms:
Non-smoking/vaping premises, smokers/vapers need not apply.
Pets Negotiable (1 max). No puppies (under 1), no kittens (under 1), no banned dog breeds or dogs with a bite history.
If applicable/allowed there is Pet rent of $50/month for the first pet and $25/month for each additional pet.
Year lease.
College students welcome.
Renters Insurance required.
No additional appliances without landlord approval.
2.75% City of Prescott tax will be added to rent.

$40 application fee (per person 18 and over).

Signed Hold Deposit Agreement.

Payment must be certified funds - cashier’s check or money order.
Third:
Due with the signing of your lease is the:
$100 administrative fee.
Rent and/or prorated rent.
Pet rent and/or prorated rent (if applicable).
Rental tax and or prorated rental tax (if applicable).
