You will find many pubs, restaurants, fast food, grocery store, many breweries & bank centers. During the summer months City of Decatur will have many festivals such as the beer festivals, beach on the square, BBQ festivals and so much more!

Residents do complete a written application, present most recent pay stub or income verification and pays $300 refundable deposit $100 application fee $100 administration fee. That's the only funds needed with a completed Great application.
