We are 5min drive or 15 min bike ride to our vibrant downtown, the beautiful Vinoy Park, the famous Pier, a marina and the community Albert Whitted Airport (cool spot for lunch and watch the little planes come and go). We are 20 min drive to all the St. Pete beaches. Along the way to downtown you will pass the University of South Florida St Pete waterfront campus, as well many of our hospitals for you medical people. This is one of the best locations for all the great things happening in town. Mahaffey Theatre and Bayfront Center, the Dali museum, Fine Arts museum, Saturday market and Al lang stadium for football (soccer) all a bicycle ride away, all waterfront and beautiful. Vinoy park is beautiful to stroll, bike or people watch. My neighborhood has a boat ramp and park across the street. Around the corner is a lovely neighborhood along Bayou Bonita to go for a stroll or run. Down the street there is tennis and pickle ball courts at the waterfront Coquina key park. My house is my house. Imperfect but nice. It is not corporate housing thus is not like a hotel. It has original hardwood floors, high ceilings, shower and a clawfoot tube that needs refinishing but is still a great soak. Extra large fenced yard and parking behind the gate. Large porch with bed swing as well as screened porch that is comfy for 4 people. Brand new Bosch appliances, original kitchen cabinets, interior shutters on all the windows. The main house is attached to a small apartment that is currently rented. We are in an urban area despite all the waterfront and parks.
