LOOKIT! It’s a side-by-side townhome, so you get the benefit of a first floor unit as well as not having to worry about noisy neighbors upstairs(because, for the record, there is no upstairs)! Hardwoods throughout, minus the linoleum in the basic kitchen, and no that’s not an insult, it’s just literally a kitchen with the basics… gas range, microwave, sink, cabinets from the early 2000’s (*so* hawt right now), and that’s pretty much the basics I think. Your bedroom is cozier than the rest of the light and bright space, but that’s what you told me you wanted. Remember? Okay cool. Also, a carport out back if you’re lucky and something tells me you are.

APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. Swans approved on a case by case basis. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
