The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal, and track lighting. Each bedroom has a nice size closet and ceiling fan. There is a back deck off of the living room. Parking is on street with a permit from the city. Landlord pays water, sewage & trash. Tenant pays gas & electric.
This is a 6 unit building which has been totally remodeled. It's located in the heart of Shadyside, a block from the shops and restaurants on Walnut Street. Parking is on street with a permit from the city.
All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
