The studio apartment also features a private gated driveway.

The studio apartment is only $1,100 per month with a minimum one year lease, and comes with a shared outdoor grill with side burner and a lower lakeside deck. The two-tiered dock is shared with the owner, and includes power and lighting. There is even a small covered boat slip you can rent and the fishing is great! Motors larger than 75 HP are not allowed. Laundry and cleaning service may be contracted. There is a no pet policy as well. All tenants and preapproved guests should be able to safely negotiate stairs and the winding brick walkways leading down to the lake. AT&T and Verizon Cell service signals, and other carriers, are available in this area.

Utilities are currently $200 monthly for gas, electricity and water, with a $400 utility deposit in advance. Should rates rise or usage be excessive, utilities will increase proportionately.

Any and all modifications to decor must be approved in advance with the landlord. Renters must be respectful, responsible, clean, neat. and no excessive partying. Tenants are liable for all damages and guests. This is a quiet lake community. Limited guests are allowed with permission. Parking is limited with a two person maximum and you must be at least 25 to rent with references. A background and credit check is required. Comprehensive lease with property restrictions include insurance and liability requirements, with an indemnify and hold harmless agreement.
