There are two options for you and your group to rent this property:
OPTION ONE - RENT A FLOOR!
Each floor has been designed for group living, with separate common areas, kitchens and bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own key. There is on-site laundry and a shared outdoor space along with bicycle storage.
- First Floor: Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a large open kitchen/dining area and separate den/living/common space at the back of the property. Two of the bedrooms are very large, one is average and the fourth is smaller.
- Second Floor: Six bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a full kitchen and huge living room with tons of windows! Four of these bedrooms are smaller and one is larger than average.
- Third Floor: 5 bedrooms and one bathroom. This is our most affordable option per bedroom. There isn't an official common space, so one of the larger bedrooms could be used as the living room instead of a bedroom. The large kitchenette offers everything you need, but all are smaller appliances. Four of these bedrooms are a little larger than average with one small bedroom.
OPTION TWO - RENT THE WHOLE THING!
Great opportunity for a large group or organization to live together with 16 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3 kitchens!
A professional cleaning service can be included with only a small increase in rent!
