This house has quite a lot of space, half of the square footage is basement, so keep that in mind. The basement is partially finished and partially not finished. The house has a carport. If you pull a vehicle all the way up the drive way you can fit at least two vehicles on the drive way. If you tried really hard and they were smaller vehicles maybe even three. Right when you enter the front door is a large porch area. There are closets to hang coats and lots of rooms for shoes. Off the porch you can enter into the living room, or there is a set of stairs which leads to the basement. The living room is large and spacious it has lots of window which provide natural light. Off the living room is the access to the 2 main floor bedrooms which both have large closets. Next is the kitchen. The kitchen is large, with plenty of room to have a dinning table. The bathroom is off the kitchen, it is spacious with a tub shower combination. There is a side door off the kitchen which leads to the car port. Next there is a second set of stairs which go into the basement. 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the basement are quite large, the 3rd bedroom is fairly small. There are two storage rooms in the basement, a central area which could be used as an additional living room and a laundry room which does have a toilet in it as well.
Basement is tiled and has a deep sump hole with a pump in the laundry room. Two stairways give double access to basement.
Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
