Hello and welcome to my home! I like to keep a very clean and peaceful home. My favorite part about living here is that it is only 2 minutes away from St. Benedict's Catholic Church. Daily Mass is at 7 am on the weekdays.

I have two rooms available for rent ($700 per room). The rooms are about 14ft x 9ft and unfurnished. One very large bathroom is shared between two of the roommates. The kitchen has a gas stove and plenty of counter space for those that like to cook. There is access to two rec centers with pools and a walking trail. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Colorado Springs. The cost of utilities are split between roommates and average $115 per person per month. I can't allow pets because of severe allergies. I am also very traditional and would not permit overnight stays of boyfriends in the same room.
