Current roommates (couple) are in search of a responsible individual or couple to share this home. They have 1 dog and 1 inside cat. Current couple is in their early 30's and are looking for a roommate of similar age, stage in life. They both work full-time and one goes to school and are both fairly active. The home is a mellow and quiet place where they like to relax. Not looking for big partiers, but do enjoy having a few friends over for a barbeque or playing board games. They enjoy outdoor activities, camping, and just hanging out. The house is kept clean with everyone expected to contribute to household cleaning and yard-work. Seeking a very responsible individual or couple to rent the Master Bedroom Suite for $1,600 per month which includes a fully remodeled bathroom and large closet. Home is off of Wadsworth and close to Olde Town Arvada, many parks and walking trails nearby, 5 min away from Standley Lake. Home is mostly furnished EXCEPT for any furniture you would need in your bedroom. Washer & dryer included and all appliances. All utilities to be shared evenly and paid for by all existing tenants. Two car enclosed garage and 3 driveway parking spaces are all shared. Backyard recently landscaped and fresh garden planted! Kitchen in process of being remodeled!
