Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet and Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet per month.
Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move-In Fee - We charge a one-time Move-In fee equalling half of the cost of one rent payment. - We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant, usually costing a one-time payment between $100 and $550. This fee is credit dependent.
Laundry: we have on-site coin-operated laundry areas available for tenant use.
Parking: Every Tenant is allowed at least one spot directly in front of their building. We have multiple guest parking and overflow parking areas on site for additional vehicles.
