Two Bedrooms available for $950 each in this spacious 5-bedroom, 2500 sq. ft., recently updated home in central bench. Lisa and Nathan already live here and are looking for two awesome housemates.

Room #1: This 13’x10’ private bedroom is on the main floor. The full bath is down the hall and isn’t shared with any other bedrooms. The room has two windows, a closet, hardwood floors, and a wall-mounted TV.

Room #2: This 13’x10’ private bedroom is on the lower level. The full bath is down the hall and is shared with one other bedroom. The room has two windows and a closet.

We have in-unit laundry, custom built-in closets, two large living rooms, updated kitchen with upscale appliances and quartz countertops, 2 fireplaces, a backyard garden, central AC and Heat, dishwasher, Internet, and multiple fridges and freezers. Good street and visitor parking. Utilities (water, sewage, Internet) are approximately $200 per month, which we all split.

The Location:
Quick access to everything: less than a mile from 84, down the street from the Boise Depot, a 10 minute bike ride to the Greenbelt and Ann Morrison, and a 15 minute bike ride to downtown.

The Roommates:
Early 30s female. Clean, quiet, and great at puns. Hobbies include rafting, reading, hiking, climbing, puzzles, backpacking, and playing hockey. Not often home because of long work hours and/or trips out of town.
Early 30s male. Arguably even better at puns. Loves climbing, playing pick-up soccer, hiking, painting, reading, and rafting. Social, and enjoys hanging out for a bit in the evenings after work.
We like hosting the occasional intimate friend gathering, going on weekend trips to the Sawtooths, and playing games. We keep common spaces clean and do dishes every day.
