$1500/month (utilities, streaming services, internet, and possibly VPN/fileshare will be covered). Might also be willing to agree on food coverage as I have a Costco membership.
Looking for a working professional with NO DRAMA. No smoking. Open to the right pet/s.
You will have basically the entire bottom floor with bedroom, walk in closet, and private full bath in a large open concept home. The kitchen is all nice stainless steel appliances for ease of cooking and if you are into nutrition, I might be down to share healthy meal prep with you.
The top floor has a gym with squat rack/bench, free weights, and peloton tread. (Pictures coming soon). I was a fitness instructor in the military (Not saying much lol but went above and beyond my required duties and don't mind coaching on fitness/nutrition).
Shared spaces are downstairs living room, kitchen, dining area, backyard with covered hot tub/ side deck, and possibly an office with piano. There is a shared brand new washer/dryer on the top floor as well.
There is a spacious 2 car garage so you will have covered parking and I will likely not use it as my truck is too big to fit in the garage. Potential access to car tools if you are into that kind of thing.
My 2 young kiddos, ages 7 and 6, and I would be on the top floor and I have a black lab and husky/lab mix (both pretty well trained). My kids would be there every other week and are very well behaved and respectful, just like their father:) Again, ONLY looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible tenant. I am a neat freak and would expect all shared areas to remain OCD level clean.
Easy access to bases, Denver, and travel throughout Springs. Upscale gym located nearby with swimming pool, basketball court, spa center, and loads of classes. If you are into hiking, self-improvement, fitness events, camping, backpacking, trail-running, overall fitness & nutrition, technology, and private sector/government business development I’d prob be a good resource for you. I'm starting a PhD soon and will most likely be working fully remote and plan to be traveling basically every other week.

Great location, safe neighborhood. Looking for at least a 12 month lease but willing to do month-to-month for the right tenant.
