Tenants are responsible for all utilities - electric, gas (furnace, range/oven, and dryer), and water/sewer. Naturally these expenses will be higher the more frequently laundry is done, the oven is used, and the higher the heat is kept, so price ranges can vary widely person to person. I'd estimate the utilities to average in the neighborhood of $150/mth total for everything.
