2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Fully Furnished Condo in Kailua Kona, $2,900/month

Fully furnished, including furniture, beds, appliances, dishes, eating utensils, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. This quiet, peaceful 1st floor corner unit is located in Seascape Condominium and has an ocean view. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. This condo includes a lanai.



Lease term 6 months or longer. Longer term is preferred. The lease term will start on December 1st or on some other date in December agreed upon.



Owner pays for water, sewer, trash pick up. Tenant pays for electricity, internet, cable, phone.



No pets, no smoking.



One vehicle will have an assigned parking stall, and a second vehicle will be able to park in a guest stall, which is usually available.



APPLICATION PROCEDURE: After driving past Seascape Condominium, if you like the location, EMAIL OWNER for an application form without any application fee. After submitting an application, qualified applicants will be invited to tour the unit. Tours will be held on November 30th and at other times agreed upon. Applicants may bid for the opportunity to be selected as the tenant by offering to pay monthly rent higher than $2,900/month. Preference will be given to those with a higher bid and/or who agree to a lease term longer than six months. Landlord reserves the right to select the tenant regardless of bid.



DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Kaiminani Drive in Kailua Kona, turn south unto Kakahiaka Street. Drive until you see apartment buildings on both sides of the street, and turn right at the Seascape sign. This unit is in the first building to the right.
