Applicants may bid for the opportunity to be selected as the tenant by offering to pay monthly rent higher than $2,900/month. Preference will be given to those with a higher bid and/or who agree to a lease term longer than six months. Landlord reserves the right to select the tenant regardless of bid.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Kaiminani Drive in Kailua Kona, turn south unto Kakahiaka Street. Drive until you see apartment buildings on both sides of the street, and turn right at the Seascape sign. This unit is in the first building to the right.
