Apartment Complex Features: There are many wonderful things about living here at the Bay Inn Apartments. We have a beautiful pool with new pool decking, two laundry rooms (with card-operated washers & dryers), a recreation room that is currently being remodeled into a gym with new gym equipment, brand new gates just installed to make this a gated complex, two BBQ’s, covered bicycle racks and a resident only parking lots with new asphalt. We just completed a brand new exterior paint job, transforming the complex into a lighter & brighter apartment complex!

We also offer online lease signings and online rent payments (online rental payments available only after you have already moved in). So if you are used to making all payments online, you can now include your rent as well.
Location: We are in a very central location- it's very easy to get onto the freeway & about the city. We are also close to the ocean- it is about 1 mile down the street. Also, Mission Bay Park is even closer and the Rose Creek Bike Path is only one block away so there is close access to Mission Bay. Plus the Mission Bay Golf Course and Tennis Club are right across the street.
Quiet: This is definitely a quiet complex…it is not a party complex. We do have a quiet time in the evening that our residents appreciate. We insist that our residents respect one another.
Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment complex. There is no smoking or vaping inside OR outside in our apartment complex. This includes cigarettes and marijuana and any type of product that is smoked or vaped. Please ask if you need additional information.

4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.
