We do thorough background checks (criminal) as well as require proof of employment and rental history. First and last month rent are required. Six month lease and we will consider allowing a pet. Utilities are shared equally with the tenants inside the main house.
If interested text to schedule a phone interview and showing. We intend to have a phone interview before proceeding in able to see if this is a good fit for both parties (since the yard/garden is shared). Also, we dont want to waste your time/money with a background check fee.
