There is a screened in balcony for your enjoyment with a storage unit off the balcony. This property does not allow pets. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the 800 building.

All applicants must meet all requirements:

• Everyone 19 and older that will be living in the home, must apply. ($50.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant.)

• 600 or better credit score is required.

• Pet fee $250.00 per pet (non-refundable) Pets must be registered with pet screening. [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] • No landlord collections or evictions will be accepted.

• Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not rent the home.

• Income must be 3 times the monthly rent. EX: $1500 per month rent would require an income of $4500

• Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred.

• Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years.

• Co-signers must meet all the criteria

• Applications are approved in completion order. An email determination letter will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Holding deposit is due within 24 hours of approval and is not refundable if you decide to not lease the home. Once you move in, this turns into your security deposit.
