It's got everything you'd need, like in-unit laundry for cleaning last night off your clothes, a dishwasher to ignore since you never eat at home anyway. It's even- get this- DIRECTLY ABOVE A BAR. So, and I mean this, don't pretend to love this place if you can't pretend to be an absolute party animal(or at least someone who associates/is cool with said animals/late nights/general bar sounds).
Srsly, if u choose to live here, and want to complain about noise- we will just send u this marketing description and be like, "ok, so what didn't u get about this?"
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
