Description
$2,500 775 sqft. 1br 1ba - Bright, Quiet but not remote, Private deck with Views in the Oakland Hills
- Welcome! Your new in-law unit is the bottom level of a single family residence in the peaceful Oakmore neighborhood. You’ll be near local markets, great hiking, and lovely restaurants but also a few minutes from Highways 580 and 13. You’ll have a private 450 sqft. deck and shared access to the backyard. You’ll be the second tenant, so all the appliances (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, washer, dryer) are modern and new. There is a ton of storage behind the bathroom and in the basement. It is semi-furnished with 3 tables and pull-out bed couch (pictured). You will have safe residential street parking, no permit required.
- About me: I’m a lawyer working in Alameda County. I’m pretty laidback during the week, at most having friends or my girlfriend over for dinner and Netflix, but may also have weekend gatherings.
- About you: I’m looking to rent to a likeminded person - another working professional or grad student, for example - who wants quiet weeks while working for the weekend. Credit, background, and previous rental reference checks will be required. I will ask for a security deposit.
- I am open to discussing lease terms like length, but the $2,500 is $2,250 in rent and $250 flat for utilities for 1 person for water, heat, electricity, gas, WiFi, garbage, recycling, etc. I can provide a bill breakdown.
- Showings by appointment only.
