Quiet, safe neighborhood and fenced-in back yard affords privacy. Tenant has access to front porch area to store a bike, an off-street driveway parking space, and ample parking for tenant's visitors on Bradley Blvd with no limitations on weekends. Apartment has a separate entrance via a stairwell. Inside, there is a main living/kitchen area with a kitchenette, featuring a ceramic two-burner stop top, a microwave and Cuisinart broiler oven, a half-fridge, full sink and lots of cupboard space above, plus storage below sink. Main living-kitchen area has a built-in cabinet that serves kitchenette but also stores lots of books, and electronics equipment, in addition to whatever else you need it for. A cable hook-up is in the main living area, and there is recessed lighting, though we provide a floor lamp and a table lamp, if needed. There is a standard basement window in main living area, and baseboard heating, with a thermostat in the apartment. Bedroom has a well window that acts as an egress and maximized light into the room, a double closet with built-in shelves above, and a double-rack hanging space on one side, with its own light. Cable hook-up and baseboard heating in bedroom. Hallway has enough space for two shallow bookshelves. Entrance foyer space is tiled and has storage space for shoes and a coat rack. Bathroom, which has its own window, a double sink, a full bathtub/shower and four drawers to store clothes etc...under sink. In addition to toilet, there is heating in bathroom. All utilities, broadband Wifi, laundry use and parking spot for one car are included. Tenant is given some storage space for luggage [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] unfinished portion of basement. House is two blocks away from Capital Crescent trail and Bethesda's public pool, plus five minute walk to Norwood Park, which has tennis courts and five minute walk from the Bethesda public swimming pool. Longer-term tenant preferred. Proof of income to comfortably pay the rent and clean credit history required. Tenant will pay for credit check.
