With the COVID-19 situation, our new normal is to practice social distancing. We will provide instructions on how we’ll conduct viewing appointments, once your preshowing form has been received and we’re ready to coordinate same.

3 bedroom, 2 bath one level ranch home in subdivision on a culdesac lot with a fenced in backyard. This home is total electric with central heat and air, and includes use of a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a laundry closet with washer/dryer connections only, off of a small hallway with the 2nd bathroom. There is laminate flooring throughout, except the bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms are vinyl. New neutral paint and New miniblinds throughout. There is a 2 car garage with an automatic garage door opener; there are 5 steps from the garage up into the kitchen.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.

Power: Jackson EMC at [Use CALL button]

Water: Barrow County Water Authority at [Use CALL button]

Garbage: Tenant can choose Vendor

Tenant is responsible for their own yardcare.

ARI bills tenant $9.50 per month for tenant liability insurance.

Legal Liability Insurance Required – We will accept coverage you obtain on your own OR it is available for $9.50 per month, added to your rent through our source. This is for $100,000 coverage amount with no deductible (see below for more information).

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own OR for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
