This home is total electric with central heat and air, and includes use of a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a laundry closet with washer/dryer connections only, off of a small hallway with the 2nd bathroom. There is laminate flooring throughout, except the bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms are vinyl. New neutral paint and New miniblinds throughout. There is a 2 car garage with an automatic garage door opener; there are 5 steps from the garage up into the kitchen.
Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.
