This clean and spacious apartment is on the second floor of a small friendly complex in the Sandhills area of Wailuku. It has a great open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The unit has two large bedrooms with lots of light and spacious closets. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to a small private lanai.

There is a large park-like setting at the back of the building with striking views of the Iao Mountains. This is an ideal location close to town, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, government offices, and the airport.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the property.

No pets are accepted and no smoking/vaping is allowed inside the apartment or within 20 feet of the building.

All applicants over 18 must submit an individual rental application and a non-refundable $40 application fee.

There is limited on-site parking, $75 month per authorized vehicle, and no guest parking. All vehicles must be insured, registered, and up-to-date on all tags.

Renters insurance is a requirement for all tenants.

We ask that by visually inspecting the location and surrounding neighborhood, along with viewing the exterior of the subject rental property/premises, will answer or appease your initial "likes" and/or "dislikes" of your new rental.

2) Should you wish to move forward with an interior preview, please request a showing appointment at PropHawaii dot com.

3) Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 for each adult applicant should you choose to move forward and complete our online Rental Application. CREDIT APPLICATION FEES ARE REFUNDED IF THE APPLICATION WAS NOT RUN. APPLICATIONS THAT ARE RUN, DENIED, OR ABANDONED AFTER RUNNING ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

4) Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or above. All applicants with credit scores below 650 will be declined. No evictions or outstanding rent balances in the last three years (unless paid in full and there have been no problems with residency since).

5) No more than two negative accounts on your credit profile in the last 18-months. Credit, background check, income and asset verification required for all adult tenants.

6) Bankruptcy may be okay, provided that it has been discharged and credit has met the above aforementioned requirements.

7) Providing false information will terminate your application or tenancy (if applicable) immediately.
