We are moving to an apartment I own nearby in San Francisco and need to find someone to take over our lease for 5.5 months beginning August 14, 2022 and ending January 31, 2023. You can extend after that. This gorgeous 39th floor large 2 bed 2 bath has panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, Salesforce tower, SF Bay-Oakland, Civic Center, with hints of Pacific Ocean.

The bedroom with a bathroom within the ensuite has two closets in it and has a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. The second bedroom has one closet and the second full size bathroom is a across the hall from that bedroom. Both have a shower and nice bathtub with marble finishes. There is a new washer and dryer within the unit.

Available now! We may leave the unit partially furnished if you are interested we have some very nice pieces that will not fit in our new place. Or we will make sure everything is gone so it is empty for you. We can temporarily leave the kitchen island, gray couch, and a king bed with navy blue upholstered headboard, marble side tables, a 65” QLED TV & 55” TV, and mirrored wardrobe which are all really nice in the unit if you would like. Then we would pick them up when you’re done with your seven months.

There is a 40th floor above with community spaces, outdoor area, Pool tables and I have heard of a penthouse up there. The 39th floor is the top of the residences levels. So you have the penthouse view.

Gym in the building as well as and Equinox downstairs. There is garage parking with valet that is available for an additional fee.

Monthly rent is $7,800 per month paid directly to Related Management who runs the building on the first of each month. You may pay a $1,000 refundable deposit to the building as well.

There is a lot of outdoor space and entertaining areas. There is a dog park as well as a dog washing area. Package lockers are accessible 24/7.
