I am looking for a weekday roommate in a convenient 2 bed / 2 bath apartment that offers the following amenities:
1. High speed internet
2. Spa shower
3. Laminated wood flooring
4. Coin washer/dryer on premise
5. Room dimension without closet is 11’9 x 12’3
6. Across the street from downtown
7. Walking distance to public transportation including bus, Caltrain, and BART.
8. 15 minutes drive to downtown SF and 30 minutes drive to Silicon Valley
This commuter room is intended for a person who lives elsewhere that wants to cut down on the commute. It is available from Sunday night around 9pm to Friday night around 9pm. Full time rental is possible at $1,500 per month.
No overnight guest on a regular basis. The room is for single occupancy.
Move in available. Refundable security deposit is $1,000. The lease will be month-to month.
All utilities and wifi are included. Kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer are shared.
It’s 3-minute drive to Highway 101 and 5-minute drive to Highway 280. A 10–15 minute walk to BART and Caltrain. Less than 10 mins drive to San Francisco International Airport SFO. There are shops, banks, public library, post office, gym, restaurants, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, and Walgreens in walking distance. (Downtown Millbrae).
