We have a three bedroom and three bathroom house available near Mayo Clinic. It is about 3 - 4 blocks away from the Methodist and Ghonda building. The subway is 1 block away and when you are in it, you are able to access the downtown building without going outside. The house is fully furnished and each bedroom has it's own separate bathroom. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. There is free washer and dryer in the basement. There is one off-street parking spot, otherwise there is plenty of street parking which requires a permit ($30/year + $8 app fee). Has hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The bedrooms have carpet and the bathrooms have tile flooring. Resident is responsible for all the utilities except garbage, WiFi and Satellite TV. The resident put all utilities in their name. We offer both long term and short term leases for this place. With a short term lease, the resident is required to give a 14 day notice to vacate. Also a short term lease, we pay for all the utilities. There is no application fee.

Long Term: $2,300 + Utilities ($1,500 Security Deposit)

Short Term: $3,000 All Bills Paid ($1,000 Security Deposit)
