The property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, and underground parking for 1 vehicle. No pets. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $1,500 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 14-18 month lease only.

UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: power, gas, phone (optional), internet, and cable TV. Water, sewer, and trash are included. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.
