This location will be just outside some of the hustle and bustle of Collegetown but still very convenient! There’s very limited off-street parking on-site, rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Currently there are no laundry facilitates available on-site but nearby are alternative options. Inside, each unit is a different size and layout; ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms. The building’s main entrance is grand and has a classic feel. Apartments here include all utilities and furnishings.

Tenants are responsible for cable, internet and trash tags for weekly trash removal. Laundry is not available on site but there are options for laundry nearby! The apartment is strictly non-smoking. There is off-street parking available, for an additional monthly fee. One cat is permitted, with an additional deposit. We cannot permit dogs at this location.



If interested in the apartment, a viewing must be scheduled and then an application will need to be completed afterwards. We require references, security deposit and first month's rent. A lease option of 10-12 months is available, we cannot offer a shorter term lease.
