Fully furnished Hideaway Hill is a brand new home nestled in the mountains just minutes from Asheville. You can easily make a trip to Downtown Asheville or the quaint little downtown of Weaverville is within minutes of driving and it's also very conveniently located to the River Arts District. This home is available for a minimum 3-month stay. Only one small dog is allowed in this home with a $225.00 non-refundable pet fee.
This home sleeps 6 people comfortably and has high-speed internet and smart TV for your streaming convenience. There is a propane grill on the side porch of the home for you to enjoy cooking out or if you choose, it's a quick drive to some amazing restaurants in the River Arts District or Downtown. Plenty of room for 3 cars to park in the driveway when you arrive.
Things to note:
From the main road, the driveway is fairly steep, gravel road for about 25 yards to the house. 4WD is not needed. (The mailman drives a Prius!)

- fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and regular coffee maker
- reclining sofa
- 2 large bathrooms plus a powder room
- less than 30 min to Appalachian trail & other scenic hiking spots
- central a/c & heat
