AUTOMATED DENIAL:

Falsification of any documents submitted

A credit score lower than 500

Eviction record

Outstanding rental debt

Open bankruptcy or recently dismissed bankruptcy within 12 months

VALID PROOF OF INCOME:

Employed: One month's worth of current paystubs, recent W-2, job offer letter, job relocation letter

Self-employed: Most recent 1099, or 1040, or Schedule C; AND recent three months' worth of bank statement.

We accept Seattle Housing Vouchers; and any other source of income such as social benefits, spousal support & child support

Approved applicants are expected to pay the holding deposit online in the resident portal immediately in order to secure the rental unit; or the next approved applicant in line will get the opportunity to secure the unit.
