Fully furnished, spacious (1008 square feet) first-rate, modern, 2 bedroom apartment (entire 2nd floor of a 3-floor Center City condo building) with Central Air, hardwood floors, balcony, a gated rear patio for cook-outs and get-togethers, a secure bike rack adjoining the patio, and off-street parking in our gated parking lot. There is no surcharge for your cat or dog.
Each bedroom can be set up with one king bed or with two twin XL beds, and thus the apartment will easily accommodate up to 4 people.
The Rental Includes:
washer/dryer in the apartment
free WiFi Internet and Netflix
three flat panel Roku TVs
fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine
very nicely furnished living room, dining room and bedrooms
the two sofas in the living room convert into sofa-beds for your overnight guests
first parking spot is free, and a second spot is available
storage space/locker on first floor of building
Incredible location at 12th and South—this is as safe as it gets in Center City:
2 minutes to Whole Foods, Acme, CVS, Bank of America, PNC, and Chase Banks
an easy walk to Jefferson University Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospitals
15 minute commute to the University of Pennsylvania or to Temple University
and you can walk to all Center City restaurants, theaters, night spots
Owner lives right next door—if there's a problem, he is right there to help
Owner pays for water consumption, and thus you pay no water bill
Tenants pay for electric service (for the hot water, and the central air and heat)
Owner provides WiFi Internet access and Netflix for free, plus all non-premium Roku channels for the 3 flat-screen Roku TVs
Lease includes one assigned parking spot in our gated lot; a second parking spot is available at a modest cost
