Lake of the Isles is a short 7 block walk away, with its connecting bike trails that lead around all four of the south Minneapolis city lakes - Isles, Bde Maka Ska, Cedar, and Harriet. It's easy to access the Midtown Greenway as well, running just south of Lake of the Isles. The Walker Art Center and Sculpture Garden are easy to reach, as well as beautiful Loring Park and Downtown Minneapolis.
Laundry and extra storage are available on site. Heat and water are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and cooking gas. This is a non-smoking building.

• Rental History: The applicant(s) should have a positive past rental history or have previously owned a home (with mortgage in good standing). This includes no late rent payments, eviction actions, lease violations, or other negative housing history.
• Income: A prospective Resident should meet the minimum income requirements must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.85 times the monthly rent
