Irving Heights is managed by Urban Hive Properties, a locally owned company. We offer our residents superior service and convenience. Our residents can submit work-orders and pay rent online - saving you time and money. It is our goal to provide our residents with the best rental experience possible.

Upfront fees:

$40.00 - Application Fee (non-refundable)

$200.00 - Lease Initiation Fee (non-refundable after 72 hours)

$200.00 - Security Deposit (OAC, refundable)

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:

$55.00 - Common Area Fee

$10.00 - Property Tax

$4.00 - Utility Processing Fee

Water, Gas, Common Electricity, and Trash billed separately.

You are responsible for your own internet as well as individually metered electricity.

$45.00 - covered, reserved parking upgrade

We accept pets!

$200.00 - Pet Deposit (refundable)

$40.00 - Pet Rent / per pet, per month
