We have 2 newer buildings, one at Four Seasons and one just down the street at Four Seasons II. These 2 buildings have a dishwasher, central air conditioning, private decks, are in limited-access buildings, are nearly sound-proofed between apt for privacy, with either 1-1/2 baths or one large bathroom w/ 2 sinks, etc... We have some larger approx. 1,000 sq. ft. units that start at $945 per month. In these newer buildings you would pay heat and electricity, but because these are energy-efficient buildings they should run approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit!
Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $300 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $80 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is plenty of free off-street parking. There is also laundry on every floor in the 2-BR buildings. No pets are allowed.
As for our availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. Deposit is equal to 1 month rent and the application fee is $40 per adult.
