The living room with dining area has a working fireplace and corner kitchen and freezer. The bathroom is fitted with a shower but no tub. Linens are available. Verizon WIFI and TV are included. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor. There is off-street driveway parking. The apartment door opens to a fully planted garden with a private patio.
Harford Hall is less than 200 yards to the Beechwood High Speed Line and Karakung Creek. Dogs are permitted if they get along with other dogs. It is my pleasure to tend to your dog during the day. All utilities included. There are no extra fees. The rent is $1,400 per month. First and last months rent are due at signing.
