*New tenant must be able to put down 1 full month's rent, security deposit, and a $75 leasing fee at time of signing.
*Keys will not be given until money mentioned above is received, utilities are transferred into Tenant's name, and renters insurance is obtained.
*Tenant must obtain renters liability insurance of at least $300,000.
