The Azul Suite is the perfect luxury retreat to experience downtown living in the most desired neighborhood in the Holy City. Located on a quiet residential street right off of Spring St, you can walk to many of the best local restaurants and bars, shopping, MUSC, and College of Charleston. This first floor apartment has been professionally designed and furnished by a highly acclaimed local interior designer. Contemporary colors and patterns mixed with historic charm gives this apartment a luxury yet homey feel. The original structure dates back to 1852 so you'll get to experience historic Charleston mixed with modern luxuries while residing only a few blocks away from the iconic King Street.
The space:
The stylish bedroom is filled with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, and features a King size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The large kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances & new fixtures. There's loads of counter space and seating for four at the massive kitchen island & a bar area in the kitchen as well. The elegant living room is the perfect place to sit and relax while watching the Smart TV or working from home at the large desk. The couch pulls out to a comfortable King size bed, perfect for hosting overnight guests! Your guest's will also love the full bathroom that is attached to the living room. Tall grand ceilings & windows flood this entire apartment with natural light from all directions.
Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the bistro table on the porch while enjoying the beautiful Charleston weather in this amazing historic home!
One off street parking space is included and is located in the driveway out front. Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 pet fee. Water, electric, internet & dedicated off-street parking included.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. It's a Walker’s Paradise! With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, this neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, & Brown's Court Bakery are located nearby among plenty of others! We recommend stopping by Brown's Court Bakery for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious cookies and breakfast sandwiches. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants & bars. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. Folly Beach & the airport are only 11 miles away and Sullivan's Island beach is only 9 miles away.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.
This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to
visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays
Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate
*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay.
Prices are subject to change.
Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting
the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in
writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.
*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
