Downstairs, the living room is carpeted and has a ceiling fan. The bedroom on the first floor is also carpeted with a ceiling fan. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven/stove, a space for a microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. From the kitchen, there is a full bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub! Also from the kitchen, you have access to your unfinished basement where there are laundry hookups. Upstairs, you have two bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet; one is carpeted and the other has polished wood flooring. There is a third room on the second floor which can be used as a large storage room. Rent is $1,200, tenants are responsible for all utilities.
