It is a sanctuary with many cozy nooks to read, write, daydream, or work. The main bedroom is a loft with a queen bed that is the perfect night time hideaway. There is also a home office with a desk and white board.
The yard is huge and the garden is picturesque. It's a perfect spot for drinking a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
There is no central air or heat. There are three new window units, including one in the loft, and the house is well insulated, so it is always comfortable. All windows and doors have screens, so it is also nice to leave them open and enjoy the crosswind through the house.
There is a loft built out with a queen bedroom. There are lapeyre stairs leading up to the loft.
There is no on-premise access to a washer/dryer, but there is a nearby laundromat with excellent drop off service.
