3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2023.
APPLICATION PROCESS No application fee. Each adult must complete a separate application and provide proof of earned income. $25 fee for a background check, if your application is approved.
