- One-click payment options to stay up to date on rent, utilities, and more
- Home buying assistance for when the time is right to buy your “forever” home
- Quarterly preventative maintenance walk throughs to keep the house in tip-top condition
Non-refundable $50 application fee for all applicants 18 or older to apply and $125 lease administration fee due at lease signing, prior to move-in. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $250.00 Pet Administrative Fee per pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also be charged a monthly pet rent of $50 a month, per pet.
