- $2,500 deposit on approved credit. $250 pet deposit.
- $300 cleaning fee.
- No late payments in the last 3 years.
- 690 credit score.
- Proof of employment via most recent paystub and clear background/eviction report
1 month stay = $160 cleaning fee, deducted from deposit.
2+ month stay = $300.00 cleaning fee, deducted from deposit.
Extra deep cleaning fee applies for excessive hair, dirt, and or stains. Any damage to property, linens, furniture, etc. will be deducted from deposit. Invoice for deep cleaning and or damage will be provided. Deposit returned within 10 business days.
Minimum Stay is 1 month.
