Kitchen has usual fridge and stove, but also has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the dishes, pots/pans and utensils that you would need to live there.
Living/dining room has 2 person reclining love seat, floor lamp, glass "coffee" table in front of the sofa and small dining table with two chairs.
Bedroom has full sized bed, end table, dresser, table lamps, lounging chair.
Bed linen and bath towels were provided and we will leave them laundered and folded on the bed.
There is a stool to sit on outside the "window" (no glass) that is open from the kitchen toward the outside windows.
The apartment has outside glass door that opens onto the relatively large deck over the front door of the apartment building. There is no outside furniture provided.
In addition there are a number of decorative hangings on the walls and some on the floor of the living area.
Utilities Included:Gas Water & Sewer
Cats allowed with a monthly pet fee
No dogs
Security Deposit of $500.00 due at lease signing
