Available appliances include: dishwasher, range, microwave, fridge, and washer/dryer.

Tenant is responsible for utilities (must establish before move-in) and yard upkeep (lawn mowing services can be provided at tenant's expense). Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $300/pet fee and pet rent at $30/month/pet. Application fee is $55. Non-smokers only! Completed application is required before any showings.

- Minimum credit score of 600.

- Applicant must be non-smoker

- Must have or obtain renter's insurance (less than $15/month)

- Background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
